The drive, which is equipped with a very robust die-cast aluminium structure, consists of an efficient motor and a high-performance gearbox, perfectly matched to this, in a waterproof housing with permanent liquid grease lubrication. The solid three-part special housing, the screw rotation supported by a double ball bearing and the special drag screw make this drive one of the upper class with unique performance. Its low noise and even movement are controlled by the standard supplied control system via an encoder (integrated into the motor).
The gate leaf position is checked using an encoder with self-learning programming, which reduces installation times to a minimum and optimizes programming. In the event of obstacles during the door movement, the door's movement is automatically reversed immediately. The control carried out by the control unit is completed by anti-crushing devices and the "Soft Start" and "Soft Stop" functions.
If there is no mains voltage, manual movement is guaranteed by an unlocking device with key access that works under all conditions.
In the case of automation, a system for locking and unlocking that can be operated from the outside using a lever is provided.
